Here are some new safety protocols we are instituting to keep you safe during this time. Your safety is of our utmost priority. As a dental practice we were already following strict health guidelines. Here are some new guidelines to keep you even more safe when you come for your appointment. If you are experiencing any COVID19 related symptoms we ask that you reschedule your appointment for later date.
  • We ask that you wear a mask.
  • Upon arrival please text us to: 407-942-2650 with the patients name and date.-
  • We ask that you remain in your car until we text you back inviting you to come in.
  • For your safety we ask that only the patient comes into the office unless they are a minor or a patient needing assistance.
  • Before being taken to the operatory rooms a staff member will be taking the patients temperature (and of the parent/guardian if they are accompanying the patient to the back.) If you have a temperature, we will ask you to re-schedule your appointment.
  • Only the patient will be allowed to the back operatory rooms. If the patient is a minor, one parent or guardian can come in with them if needed.
  • We ask that our patients please brush their teeth prior to their arrival at home. You will be asked to rinse with a mouth rinse before the clinician will start your treatment.
  • The doctor and clinician treating you will be fully covered with personal protective equipment.
  • All operatory chairs and equipment will be sanitized between each patient.
  • After your treatment is completed you will be free to go back to your car. There will be no need to stop at the front desk to make your follow up appointment. Please text or call us to schedule your follow up appointment.
You can also call our office to speak to our staff members if you have any concerns.-We want to get you going on your treatment as soon at it is safely possible.
